Back Behind the Mic – A BeansandMore Update

It’s been a little while since my last episode back in April — life has been full with two big projects: running An Trucail, my evening coffee cart in Drogheda, and navigating the dust and decisions of a house renovation. Both have been rewarding, but they’ve also meant the podcast had to take a pause.

On International Coffee Day, it feels like the perfect time to return. Coffee is more than a drink — it’s passion, community, and connection — and that’s exactly what this podcast was created to celebrate.

I’ve missed the conversations, the stories, and the people at the heart of coffee culture. So I’m delighted to say: BeansandMore is back. Our next episode is Dublin-based, and I think it captures everything I love about these conversations.
